Vice President of Business Development
Tishia Beneventi serves as Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for private equity investment management, board development, business strategy and operational support for the Koman Group and Koman affiliated organizations. Tishia brings over 20 years of strategic development and corporate finance and has served serving in leadership positions for global and start-up companies.
Prior to joining Koman, Tishia worked as a strategy and implementation consultant for several technology and research companies including the Microsoft Corporation and Imperial College London where she lead the business model development and implementation planning of a product portfolio launched in 2010. She also formed an innovation leadership consortium, later acquired by Microsoft Corporation, established to bring together executives to advance innovation practices and partnership opportunities. Previously, she has held leadership roles with LPL Financial Services, Peregrine Systems-Hewlett Packard, Science Applications International Corporation and Pilkington Barnes Hind/Novartis. Tishia has dual citizenship- American and French/EU and is fluent in French.
