City Place 1 was developed in 1986 and was the first office building in the CityPlace campus. The building consists of 288,867 RSF and is currently 98.3% leased. With average floor plates over 40,000 RSF, City place One has the ability to cater to larger tenants. It’s no wonder why two of the four largest tenants on the campus, Arch Coal and Bunzl Distribution, reside in the building. An additional draw to the building is the conference room, auditorium, and sundry shop that create the base of an amenity package that is unrivaled in the area.
